| We at Manus Aktteva are looking for young dynamic and enthusiastic youngsters to join our organization.
The ideal candidate preferred is a female who can be a fresher or should have a minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience in following kind of operations.
Desired skill sets and Brief about areas of operation:
• Knowledge of Reception etiquettes
• Preferably working in an office environment handling Reception in an EPABX environment with all types of incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining records of all ISD and STD calls,
• Handling of correspondence with Customers ( INDIA and Abroad ), Data entry, couriers, Maintaining (Domestic & International) incoming and outgoing courier’s records,
• Attending Visitors,
• Front Desk Management,
• Supervision of conference rooms & front office area and admin related activities for the office.
• Mainting records of conferences and events
• Support of management team for attendance of all employees and administrative issues.
• Airline/Hotel Bookings, Arrangement of meetings etc.
She should have excellent PC skills with specific emphasis on MS office for preparation of documentation & sending emails. She should have a pleasing personality with excellent communication (telephone etiquette and pleasant phone voice) and listening skills.
